My name is Susan Schroeder, and I founded Emmaus Companion Care to provide the kind of support I believe everyone deserves during life's transitions: a calm presence, practical help, and compassionate companionship.

Throughout my career, I have worked alongside individuals and families facing complex challenges, helping them navigate change and move forward with dignity and confidence. Those experiences taught me that people often need more than services—they need someone who will listen, encourage, and walk alongside them.

I am a wife, mother, grandmother, and lifelong community builder. Guided by my Catholic faith and a deep belief in the dignity of every person, I find meaning in being present for others during seasons of transition, uncertainty, and change.

At Emmaus Companion Care, I offer relationship-centered support rooted in compassion, presence, and dignity, with the belief that no one should have to navigate life's challenges alone.
